This was on the wall of Mother Theresa’s Calcutta office. It written by Kent M. Keith.
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered: Forgive them anyway…
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives: Be kind anyway…
If you are successful you will win some false friends and some true enemies: Succeed anyway…
If you are honest and frank people may cheat you: Be honest and frank anyway…
What you spend years building, someone may destroy overnight: Build anyway…
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous: Be happy anyway…
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow: Do good anyway…
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough: Give the world the best you have anyway…
You see, in the final analysis, it`s all between you and God: It was never between you and them anyway…

Aulelia, as a Pentecostal, I find her to be an extraordinary example of the love, dedication and service to the less fortunate that Christ expects of ALL of us. She truly inspires me and these words of hers’ have always provided me with spiritual comfort, strength and focus.

A, there are many different denominations within Pentecostalism. You have the more “charismatic” called “holy rollers” to the more serene worshippers. The main underlyimg premise to Pentecostalism is the belief in the working of the Holy Spirit within the lives of Christians today as it was during the time of the Apostles, i.e. speaking in toungues, laying on of hands to heal the sick, prophesying etc.
Each denomination basically runs itself, although they are usually loosely affiliated with a Pentecostal administraive organizations of some type. We have no Pope or Supreme earthly leader who we identify with.
